Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive first impression onboard the cruise ship - Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing information and assistance as needed- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies- Maintain knowledge of ship activities, services, and amenities to assist guests with their needs- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and crew members- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk ManagerRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
