Description:

Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain guest cabins, public areas, and crew quarters onboard the cruise ship - Change linens and towels, make beds, and restock amenities- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas- Assist with laundry services as needed- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the ship- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all timesRequirements:- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks- Good communication and customer service skills- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
