We put you first: :Salary range for Machine Operator from 18.00 : 20.00:Available shifts :2nd shift : 3:00pm : 11:00pm (Monday to Friday) 3rd shift : 11:00pm to 7:00am (Sunday to Thursday) :Profit sharing plan:Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions:Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people):Annual flexible reimbursement program Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility inYork PA, as the Machine Operator : :Follow health and safety standards. :Set up and operate the line. :Follow production guidelines and specifications to meet the production targets (speed, setup time, downtime, scrap). :Troubleshoot machine errors/shutdowns. :Perform quality checks with basic measurement tools. :Must be able to operate within production/quality management software (SAP) :Maintain a clean workstation and production floor. :Train and mentor laborers on equipment functionality/processes Theres no one quite like youRespect your true nature by puting forward your strengths: :Must have 1:2 years of manufacturing, forklift, machine operating experience. :Ability to multi:task in a fast:paced manufacturing environment. :Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time. :Ability to read and comprehend written instructions. :Maintain consistent attendance, positive attitude, and initiative.
