Job Overview:The candidate will represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing. They must possess a book of at least $250,000 and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with teams and independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects, and successfully collaborate with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients. Duties:Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing.Negotiate, draft, and close real estate transactions.Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.Collaborate with teams, attorneys at all levels, staff, and firm clients. Requirements:5-7 years of experience in negotiating, drafting, and closing commercial real estate transactions in a law firm real estate practice group.Book of at least $250,000.Ability to work effectively with teams and independently.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.Ability to work successfully with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients.Must be licensed or able to attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio or able to attain licensure. This firm's Cleveland office represents a variety of clients from multinational corporations, sole proprietors, service providers, technology companies, distributors, and retailers. It focuses on many business-related matters including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, licensing, contracting, international business transactions, and debt and equity financing and franchising.
