Job Overview: Porsche Beverly Hills is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic automotivesales professional to join our team. As a Porsche Brand Ambassador, you will beresponsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet theirneeds and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. This is a sales-drivenrole that requires excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and understand their vehicle preferences- Provide information about available cars, including features and pricing- Conduct test drives with potential buyers- Negotiate sales prices and financing options- Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle sales- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets- Utilize sales support tools to manage leads and track sales pipeline Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus- Excellent negotiating skills- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport- Strong organizational skills for managing paperwork and inventory control- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptionalexperiences- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiriesPrevious successful experience with Porsche sales or other high-lineautomotive brands is necessary, as is a valid driver's license, auto insuranceand a valid sales license.We offer competitive compensation packages, including commission-basedearnings, as well as opportunities for career advancement within ourorganization.
