Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP%26A

Description:
Analyze and investigate complex information reported in the internal financial statements and other periodic financial reports. Conduct and document moderate to complex financial analysis projects.Provide financial decision support with business partners and research and recommend options and solutions for improved business results to senior management. Analyze financial results, trends and metrics on a monthly basis and meet with functional leaders to communicate their net results. Communicate key drivers in regards to the full financial profit and loss statement (sales, AGM, customer drivers, adjustments, etc.). Review expenses and operating statements. Lead the strategic planning cycles (long range plan / annual operating plan / quarterly outlook) for the specified functions. Review the internal Financial Statements for errors before they are published. Perform ROI analysis, scenario modeling, and provide decision support for future business planning decisions and investments. Collaborate with product divisions and sales to drive improve profitability. Conduct and lead quarterly/monthly financial business reviews with corporate areas and other senior management. Provide specialized expertise through leading special projects and financial reviews. Lead special projects within the corporate finance team to drive process improvement and consistency. #LI- Hybrid Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree At least 3 years of financial planning, reporting and/or analysis experience Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and other ERP financial systems Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table) Preferred Qualifications Masters or MBA At least 3 years of experience providing financial advice and counsel to P&L/business owners Experience showcasing through leadership in a dynamic environment Experience in leading process improvement initiatives Benefits Medline is committed to offering competitive benefits and a variety of choices to best meet the needs of you and your family.
