Responsibilities:• Engage in meaningful conversations with homeowners at their homes to discuss their energy crisis.• Schedule and confirm appointments with homeowners.• Contribute to building a dynamic and supportive team environment. Qualifications:• Ability to communicate with enthusiasm, and effectively engage with homeowners.• Demonstrating self-discipline and motivation is essential for success as a home-to-home enthusiast in this role.• The willingness to receive coaching and eagerness to learn.• Sustaining a positive attitude and desire to grow personally.
