The Engineering Manager is a highly organized, technically skilled individual that will design and develop new products, automate design processes, and create/revise detailed technical product information. The Engineering Manager represents the company's high ethical standards and presents a professional image in every business interaction. Relocation assistance will be provided to the right candidate. * Act as Lead Engineer on projects * Calculate cost and time estimates for proposed work and monitor progress until project completion * Coordinate schedules with other departments when necessary * Create complete custom mechanical system designs to meet requirements * Design valve systems to meet current industry standards and customer requirements * Develop and maintain an expert level of product knowledge * Document design-related decisions, meetings and instructions and report accordingly * Perform ASME VIII calculations for pressure vessels * Provide engineering and/or technical support to customers * Research commercially-available equipment to specify equipment needed for projects
