Job Description Aramark at Fenway Park is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to round out our Human Resources team The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, answering e:mails and call, communicating with managers and employees, etc. The Coordinator will be required to work with visitors and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. This is an ideal role for anyone interested in gaining entry:level Human Resources experience Job Responsibilities - Responsible for performing administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors- Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc.- Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary- Maintain office memos and informative postings- Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
