Requisition No:826795 Agency: Children and Families Working Title: GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS CONSULTANT III OPS : Pay Plan: Temp Position Number: Salary: 20.00:25.00 Posting Closing Date: 04/19/2024 Total Compensation EstimatorTool Job Title: Government Operations Consultant III OPS Special Projects and Data Coordinator The Special Projects and Data Coordinator will work closely with the Regional SAMH Director and other high:level professionals in the fields of Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Child and Family Welfare, Adult Protective Services, Healthcare, and Criminal Justice to support community outreach, integration, implementation of SAMH pilots and projects, and tracking of incidents and inquiries. Central to this role is the development of a collection system to acquire data, maintain databases, interpret, and analyze results using statistical techniques. This includes creation of a dashboard that tracks performance, measures outcomes, identifies trends and patterns, efficiencies, and inefficiencies. This role will be responsible for integration of data from Child and Family Welfare, Adult Protective Services, and other program areas. The Special Projects and Data Coordinator will provide reports that inform on the efficacy and outcomes of integration and implementation efforts while adhering to established parameters and timelines. Responsible for preparation and presentation on monitoring reports that will evaluate quality of services, service array, performance outcomes of pilots, projects, and forecasting based on data analytics. Responsibilities 1. Work with the program office and region's MEs to implement special projects and complete monthly reporting of data and any other performance metrics. 2. Coordinate and collaborate with the local project staff to provide oversight and technical assistance to ensure performance of goals and any required reporting. 3. Review data looking for opportunities for improvement and provide feedback. 4. Collaborate with key stakeholders as it relates to both the adult and children's system of care. 5. Attend assigned community meetings and workgroups to support the creation and maintenance of regional community partnerships. 6. Participate in Managing Entity (ME) Meetings, including board, sub:committee, continuous quality improvement, provider, etc. 7. Coordinate and complete regional reports; track, analyze trends, address, and complete reports pertaining to MEs, regional pilots, grievances, inquiries, and projects, while adhering to timelines and required deliverables. 8. Review, summarize, and report on key elements of monthly, quarterly, and any other ME or regional related report to the SAMH Leadership team and key stakeholders. 9. Provide technical assistance and training or presentations for key stakeholders, other agencies, and SAMH Leadership. 10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Director of SAMH.
