Job Summary : The Admission RN will ensure admission assessments and baseline care plans are created for all subacute clients. Completes and enters medication and admission orders, and initiates comprehensive care plans. Job Qualifications: Valid NYS RN license Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, preferred, or comparable experience Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), highly preferred 2 years experience completing admission assessments, baseline care plans. 1 year experience performing admission assessments in a subacute environment.
