Description: This position is for an Industrial EngineerEarly Career Associate to support one of the vehicle,missile, or rocket programs, workingclosely with the Product Manager, ProgramSupport Team, and the IndustrialEngineering Manager. Tasks includeeffectively applying many of the traditionalIndustrial Engineering techniques anddisciplines, including man-loading, workflow, learning curves, estimating, capacityanalysis, capital equipment justification,make vs. buy studies, standards, andperform equivalent units completedcalculations.About our site:Camden Operations is a manufacturing facility occupying over 2000 acres and 2 million sq. ft. of manufacturing space building rockets, missiles, canisters, ground vehicles, as well as housing a state of the art machining center. The facility currently has over 1000 employees. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in an engineering or STEM related field Desired Skills: Industrial Engineering degree preferred but open to considering candidates from other engineering and STEM disciplinesExperience with time studies, man loading, capacity analysis, project management, process improvements, benchmarking, simulationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative and team based environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
