Semi-Trailer Big Box , a Big Truck and Semi-Trailer dealership with Branches in Grayson, Georgia and Dallas, Texas is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Part -Time Senior Accounting Manager. Desired Hours are 9-2 M-F. Can be flexible with hours. We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented individual with very clear goals. This position is located in our Grayson, GA office. Position Summary: This is a high-level position to lead and execute all day-to-day Accounting functions. You will support the CFO and coordinate activities with our administrative team. Major areas of responsibility: Organize and execute day-to-day accounting functions Account reconciliations and cash flow management Oversight of all system input from Admin Team - A/R, A/P, Inventory Daily wire transfer management Monthly financial statement preparation Standard business taxes such as sales tax, property tax, annual renewals Communicate with customers and vendors on escalated issues Review and improve daily processes and tasks to expedite and improve workflow Provide training to new and existing staff as needed Provide special project assistance and miscellaneous duties as assigned by CFO Support branch team Skills and Qualifications: Proven, knowledgeable passion for accounting Accounting degree preferred Detail-oriented and results driven Experience with QuickBooks required Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word required 5+-years of experience in Accounting - Business Administration - Operations Excellent verbal & written skills required Self-starter who embraces learning & problem solving Small-medium business experience in accounting Dealership or transportation industry, inventory management is a plus Full Time: Small Business Office in Grayson, GA 8 paid holidays per year Earned paid time off program Benefits program If you have an interest in this opportunity where you really make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
