It is our commitment to make employees out on leave feel supported and ensure that they get their benefits as quickly and easily as possible.IT Support & Reporting EngineerThis position has the primary responsibility of resolving all helpdesk requests. Additional functions include handling daily reporting needs as well as daily processes. In this role, successful candidates need to be organized, energetic, have a strong customer service personality, be well versed and experienced in Windows environments including networking. Prior experience in handling critical daily tasks in a high volume environment is preferred.RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide direct technical support to users virtually and on-site * Administrate, monitor and support Windows server and network environments * Resolve all client-side network and workstation issues * Maintain CCaaS configuration * Document all pertinent technical data, configuration details and end user information * Availability for after-hours scheduled maintenance if necessary * Handle daily tasks as well as many daily reporting requirementsQUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years' experience in a Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Systems Engineering role * Excellent desktop and client support skills * Network Server experience in a domain environment * Understanding of DNS, DHCP, switching and other related network technologies * Salesforce support experience is a plus * Scripting skills are a plus * Experience with SQL and SSMS are a plus * Logical thinking and demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities * Exceptional customer service skill * Excellent organization and planning skills demonstrating the ability to effectively organize and manage multiple assigned tasks * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce detailed documentation * Adapts to change and new processes in a fast-paced environment * Must be comfortable working in a smaller, hands-on multi-role environment * Able to work independently and see projects or issues through to completion * Possess a reliable means of transportation and the ability to lift 50lbsBENEFITSWe offer comprehensive benefits to employees, including medical, dental, STD, LTD and life insurance, 401k, paid time off and much more.We're an equal opportunity employer.
