Job Description: Join ATV's groundbreaking project to develop a new educational media streaming service. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in building and expanding the early versions of this application, impacting millions of cloud computing customers. This greenfield development effort requires expertise in JavaScript (Typescript), React, and CSS to conceive and develop key software and architecture for a cutting-edge media streaming product. Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility Work in an Agile environment to deliver and iterate on results Influence, refine, and implement requirements in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams Enhance engineering processes and tools to increase team effectiveness Participate in code and design reviews and mentor junior engineers Spearhead best practices for delivering a quality product and driving architectural decisions Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of professional front-end software development experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Proficiency in React development Experience with full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing Strong expertise in new web technologies and concepts Experience as a mentor or tech lead Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with technologies like Next.JS, Material UI, Styled components, VideoJS, and GraphQL Understanding of server-side rendering concepts, performance, and SEO optimization Additional Skills: TypeScript, GraphQL, Node, Webpack, HTML, CSS Material UI (MUI), Next.JS, Styled components, VideoJS PDN-9bbb47bb-6cc0-4080-8557-c155108ceb20
