ABOUT THE POSITION: Full-time, Medically focused Optometry role in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado with a group practice. Here is what they have to offer: Competitive base salary that is predicated on possessed skills and experience organized into a tiered system. Opportunities for discretionary bonuses for performance are also readily available. Technician allocation is higher than industry benchmark would suggest to account for diverse case mix and pathology that our ODs will see in the medical setting. Opportunities for expanded scope of practice activities are present but not limited to IPL, LAL adjustment, non-refractive laser treatment, lesion removal, and extraocular injections, and even those who would like to foray into the cosmetic side of optometry. ODs have the opportunity to support in the direct patient care of surgical patients through partnership with a surgeon in Glaucoma, Cornea, Retina, and Cataract practices if that is what they desire.
