Key Responsibilities: - Forge and nurture partnerships with real estate offices, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and elder law attorneys.- Create a steady stream of referrals to support our mission.- Generate and manage reports to track our success and growth.- Engage in our comprehensive training program to become a senior transition expert.- Master our CRM system to monitor your progress and activities.- Immerse yourself in our operations by working alongside our dedicated team. Qualifications We're Looking For: - Proven track record of building successful partnerships.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.- A proactive, positive attitude with a drive to embrace our company's goals.- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.- Team player mindset.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media savvy.
