Join The Clear Fork Group as Our New Staff Accountant! Position Overview: At The Clear Fork Group, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Staff Accountant to oversee our financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and punctuality of our financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Accurately inputting vendor invoices into our system. Executing weekly check runs with precision. Making necessary inventory adjustments. Engaging with vendors to secure credits. Performing thorough bank reconciliations. Who We’re Looking For: A self-starter who thrives both independently and as a collaborative team member. Someone who embodies efficiency, accuracy, and reliability. A proficiency in Microsoft Office. A communicator par excellence, both in writing and speaking. A customer service champion. A meticulous professional with an eye for detail. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: A two-year degree in Accounting. Three to five years of experience in the healthcare industry.
