Responsibilities: • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement• Validate all personal references and rental application information• Lead follow up• Sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written• Proven track of successful sales record• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• A real estate license required• Ability to learn leasing rules and regulations• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: We are a group of highly productive, community-giving focused real estate agents, with service at the core of our practice of negotiating for and representing our clients to the very highest level.
