We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined to earn upside commissions and be driven to succeed. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments• Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed• Close sales• CRM and database mastery• Sales scripts Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry• Real estate license required• Superb communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving.
