We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Medical Office Receptionist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of medical terminology and practices.Responsibilities:- Greeting and checking in patients upon their arrival- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries- Verifying insurance information and processing patient payments- Maintaining patient records and updating electronic health records- Scheduling referrals and tests as needed- Collaborating with medical staff to ensure the smooth flow of patient appointmentsRequirements:- High school diploma or GED required- Previous experience working in a medical office setting preferred- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic health records systems- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all timesIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Medical Office Receptionist.
