Location: Milwaukee, WI, USA. Skills: Proficient in equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities and more:Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including but not limited to numerical controls, power supplies, drives, gages, and test equipment.Perform preventive maintenance functions.Install, start-up, and shut down, equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and in line with OSHA requirements.Maintain housekeeping of work area and equipment.Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot equipment faults and failures.Working knowledge of NFPA 70 and 79 codes and their applications to meet national, state, and local codes.Work with AC and DC voltages up to and including 480 volts.Install and repair electric motors of all types.Diagnose and program VFD?s as necessary.
