We develop, build and market best in class surgical products for the treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, and Polyps. Key Responsibilities Perform day to day accounting operations, including: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Account Reconciliation Payroll Responsible for timely and accurate month end close procedures and records Accurate and timely account reconciliations Process vendor invoices, ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner Monitor AP aging reports to determine potential payment issues Other duties as assigned Experience High School Diploma required 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience Accounts payable experience: 3 way matching experience required Manufacturing company experience preferred Experience with Oracle, Smart Sheet and Paylocity, is a plus Must have strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Excel Must be organized and have great attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
