We have locations in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Our business is growing, and we are seeking an Intern to support our Information Technology Team. This position is an on:site located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and hours will be Monday : Friday during normal business hours. This position can be full:time or part:time to accommodate continuing education. Depending upon hours worked some benefits will be available. Job Functions / Responsibilities This is an opportunity in a fast:paced dynamic work environment that will test and develop your analytical, technical, and problem:solving abilities. This position will work as part of a team providing technological support to employees. Activities include but are not limited to computer setup, application troubleshooting, software installation, multimedia support. You will be exposed to a broad range of technologies that support engineering, accounting, and manufacturing functions. Qualifications and Skills The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in an Information Systems, Computer Science or related Program and have completed at least their sophomore year of college. This will be a temporary Internship opportunity. The skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows: :Competency with Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 2016 : 2019 and Microsoft Office 365.:Install and support software packages, operating system updates, and configure hardware:Interact and provide technical guidance to end users:Work in a small team environment.:Competency with Apple products such as iPhone or iPad:Excellent verbal and written communication skills:Ability to multi:task:Proactive in assigning service and incident requests.
