We are dedicated to helping our clients grow based on their individual needs.The position of Classified Advertising Inside Sales Rep calls for a highly personable individual who is adept at delivering exceptional customer service, and skilled in cultivating professional relationships with clients to help meet their hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: * Execute Classified and recruitment ad sales in The Pilot newspaper (print plus digital) and our network of nationwide job boards* Articulate and present our suite of Classified and recruitment products to hiring executives and decision makers* Input Classified ads into our publishing software system, manage postings on our Classified websites and design and deliver weekly Jobs email* Communicate with customers proactively via phone, email and in person* Collaborate with graphic designers to create recruitment ads* Willingness to learn Classified page design using Adobe InDesign* Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in order to best manage a large portfolio of active business* Daily interface with CRM and ERP software Key Skills: * Superb customer service and relationship-building* Work effectively with colleagues* Meet sales goals* Meet strict deadlines* Strong prospecting skills* Develop expert product knowledge* Superior Time Management* Adobe InDesign* Copywriting for advertisingWe offer a fun & flexible workplace with a team who is enthusiastic and devoted.We offer competitive compensation, benefits including Health, Dental and Vision coverage, 401(K), Paid Time Off and more.This is an opportunity to work alongside the media and marketing leaders in Moore County, NC.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year.
