We invite you to explore a career with us and join in the fun!Who you are...--- You are energetic, inspiring and adventurous--- You have knowledge of Golf and Golf Course Operations--- You enjoy going above and beyond for your team and guests, creating positive memories and experiences --- You have knowledge of merchandising and an excellent attention to detail--- You enjoy motivating and leading a team to reach a common goal --- You have strong interpersonal and customer service skills--- You are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays What you'll do---Assist with the supervision of the outside service and golf shop attendant staff Manage starting times and pace (including tee sheet recording/reconciliation) Manage the Pro Shop point of sale systemPromote Tetherow Golf Club program and events Assist with tournament operations, outside services, and teaching and coaching responsibilities Work directly with the Head Professional and First Assistant to promote your professional goals and career pathPlay golf with members, spouses, and juniors Anything else dictated by the A-1 or A-8PGA Apprenticeship or Enrollment encouragedWorking knowledge of golf operations, computer skills, rules and etiquette, PGA instructional techniques, merchandising and sales techniques.Previous experience and employment at accredited golf operations. A thorough knowledge of golf operations, supervising and delegating techniques.Experience providing excellent customer service with members and guests.
