The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in civil litigation, exceptional research and writing abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing cases from inception through trial.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as:Working at a computer for extended periods, including on-screen reading and typing.Participating in digital/virtual conference calls.Participating in meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred.Experience handling multi-district litigation is a plus.Trial experience.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona or eligible for admission.Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional research and analytical abilities.Proficient in legal software and research tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Detail-oriented and organized.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
