The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of law firm experience with extensive expertise in high-volume mergers and acquisitions transactions, representing both buy-side and sell-side clients, including strategic clients and financial sponsors. The candidate should possess exceptional academic credentials, substantive drafting experience, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively. Moreover, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills in supervising corporate associates and subject matter specialists.Duties:Handle various mergers and acquisitions transactions, including buy-side and sell-side deals.Provide legal counsel to clients on corporate matters related to mergers and acquisitions.Draft and review legal documents and agreements about mergers and acquisitions transactions.Conduct legal, due diligence, and risk assessments for clients involved in mergers and acquisitions.Advise clients on corporate governance issues and compliance matters.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in Colorado.4-8 years of law firm experience, focusing on mergers and acquisitions.Extensive experience in high-volume mergers and acquisitions practice.Strong academic credentials.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively supervise corporate associates and subject matter specialists.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Colorado.Skills:Proficiency in all types of mergers and acquisitions transactions.Substantive drafting experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Leadership and supervisory skills.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Preferred Skills:Experience in complex joint venture transactions.Knowledge of venture capital financings.Familiarity with minority investment transactions.
