Senior Lead Analytics Consultant Locations: * Phoenix, AZ ; Des Moines, IA ; Charlotte, NC ; Minneapolis, MN ; San Antonio, TX * (3 Days in 2 Days remote) Duration: 24+ Months Job Description: Data engineer that architects that data that enables the data science. Will be working on development and enhancement of daily processes to support new initiatives within Data Science team with a specific focus on data engineering and data processing.Will be creating predictive models within SAS & Python on defined populations- Enabling data processes and looking for new processes and approaches to increasing efficiency - Ensuring daily automated processes for running data models, testing routines, and testing documentation are completed without flow or error. If an error, flaw, or issue is found, they will be tasked with finding, troubleshooting, and remediation of the issue. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Collect appropriate data for analysis by connecting to various data sources and platforms, combining structured and non-structured data* Compile and organize datasets to enable analytics, report building and story telling of customer experience through the complaint handling processes* Develop hypotheses regarding trends and drivers of customer feedback* Execute analytical process to support/disprove and organize output into a concise and effective presentation narrative with appropriate detail and visualizations* Lead analytical projects with solid organization and clear communication of objectives, tasks/path deliverables and timelines* Demonstrate exceptional quality and attention to detail in building and documenting data and analytics processes and execution of rigorous validation process to ensure high levels of confidence in findings and extrapolations. TOP SKILLS * SAS & *Python* - required (Building predictive models and converting SAS programs into python* Strong data engineering Skills (ETL/ELT and data engineering tasks across multiple data sources)* Ability to build data pipelines, effective controls, and perform in-process testing against it* Data process development management experience desired.* Experience optimizing SQL queries or optimizing dashboards for queries and reporting* Shell scripting language* Ability to write code that makes other code happen ->for automating analytic processes in a long-term holding period-* Working with distributed environments, fluent at moving data at scale.* Linux and SSH The S3 Difference : The global mission of S3 is to build trusting relationships and deliver solutions that positively impact our customers, our consultants, and our communities.
