The ideal candidate should possess a J.D. and a license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Job Overview:Position: General Business/Estate Planning Associate AttorneyLocation: Lancaster, PAType: Full-timeDuties:Provide legal counsel and support in general business and estate planning.Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of various legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.Assist clients in developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to their needs and goals.Handle client meetings, consultations, and negotiations.Represent clients in court proceedings related to estate planning matters when necessary.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on complex legal matters.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.License to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in general business or estate planning.A portable book of business is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.License to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Skills:Legal research and writing.Drafting legal documents.Client counseling and representation.Negotiation and conflict resolution.Time management and organization.
