Aseptic Filler Operator

Description:
Maintain safe and efficient operation of filler equipment while maximizing production up-time, minimizing shrink, and maintaining quality.--Perform safe and effective set up, operation, and cleaning of the aseptic filling equipmentConduct the sterilization and manual washing of machine componentsPerform routine basic chemical concentration testsConduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and contact maintenance when necessaryReport any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediatelyMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.--Other duties may be assigned as required
