Since starting our program it has grown and demand for services throughout the Monterey Bay Area has increased. We are looking to expand our reach with pediatrics at more locations with the right people who fit the culture at Balance Physical Therapy. We offer: Leadership opportunities through clinical director positions Clinical development through 1:1 mentorship Brand development opportunities through marketing and community outreach Thorough training and education on the intricacies of billing compliance 40-60 minute treatments blocks (diagnosis dependent) Majority of visits are 60 minutes with the exception of tradition pediatric orthopedic referrals for conditions such as knee pain, hip pain, low back pain, etc. The opportunities are endless here at Balance Physical Therapy. We encourage our teams to be creative and think outside the box of what we can do as physical therapists.Our PT positions offer an extremely competitive salary and benefits, including but not limited to: Salary range: $90,000-$102,000 (depending on experience and production capacity) Annual production bonus incentives structure and/or student-loan reimbursement Annual marketing bonus incentive structure Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits (100% premium coverage by employer) Con-ed benefits 5 days of con-ed PTO $2,000 annual con-ed tuition Annual professional-level subscription to MedBridge for unlimited continuing education Accrued roll-over PTO, increases with years spent with the company (up to 4 weeks) Years 0-2: 2 weeks PTO with a max accrual of 4 weeks Years 3-4: 3 weeks PTO with a max accrual of 6 weeks Year 5: 4 weeks of PTO with a max accrual of 8 weeks Safe-harbor 401-K retirement plan (4% match) Flexible scheduling, depending on clinic needs. Our future team member must possess a license in good standing to practice or have PTLA status in California, and they must be able to work with a variety of patients and co-workers in a dynamic environment consisting of PT/PTA’s, massage therapists, aides, and post-discharge gym members.
