Urgent Care physician job in California : Gould Medical Group, in partnership with Sutter Health, is looking for BE/BC Urgent Care physiciansin Modesto and Stockton, CA. Sutter Health-affiliated Gould Medical Group is a growing, approximately 400 provider multi-specialty group located about two hours east of San Francisco, California.Our communities offer quick access to the bay area as well as other hot spots such as Napa Valley, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe. Position Details: Flexible minimum shift per month requirement 12 ' 14 minimum shift requirement per month Starting base salary range: $285,000 - $332,000, depending on selected minimum shift requirement Extra shifts available to work Sign-on bonusLoan or Mortgage assistance, up to $200,000 Work - life balance Weekend shifts: 10 hours; weekday shifts: mix of 10 and 12 hours Average of 25 ' 35 patients per day Experience in Urgent Care setting preferred Family Medicine, ER, or Urgent Care physicians may apply Internal Medicine physicians may apply if willing to do basic urgent care procedures and see pediatric patients On-site imaging and lab Stable and growing group EHR: Epic Standard Benefits: Annual 12.0% 401(k) gift Two-year shareholder track Annual CME allowance Full health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance Group paid malpractice and tail coverage Annual profit sharing for shareholders Individual Performance Bonus Relocation assistance Area Details: Close proximity to the Bay Area but dramatically lower cost of living Short driving distance to Yosemite, wine country, Lake Tahoe, Monterey Centrally located with quick access to skiing, hiking, surfing, and entertainment venues of various types Rapidly growing communities Excellent school options Average of 260 days of sunshine annually We look forward to hearing from you: If you are interested in discussing this opportunity, please let me know.
