Responsibilities: • Organize all automotive documents, repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records• Relay relevant automotive technology and product knowledge to explain necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments• Review and verify vehicle warranty protections and service contract coverage when developing cost estimates, work orders, and other paperwork related to necessary repairs• Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-up• Oversee the schedule for service department technicians’ repairs Qualifications: • Prior experience in a service advisor role not required but is highly preferred• A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is required• A high school diploma or GED is required• Must have problem-solving and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other fundamental programs• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $51,000 About Company: The Maxie Price RV families of dealerships have been community leaders in the Loganville area for over 50 years.
