The Night Auditor performs end-of-day accounting tasks along with overnight front desk duties. Responsibilities:• Audit and reconcile the day’s work for the hotel, banquets, food, and beverage outlets• Check-in late-night arrivals• Answer guest calls• Assist guest with an outstanding quality level of customer service• Teach new information regarding night audit duties to the night audit team• Maintain a positive, motivated team environment• Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications:ESSENTIAL SKILLS:• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter• Ability to multitask and remain collected under pressure• Highly detail oriented particularly with numbers• Desire to provide excellent service to each guest regardless of the situation EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:• A minimum high school diploma or GED, is required• At least one (1) year of Hotel Front Desk experience, is required. At least one (1) year of Food & Beverage night audit experience, is preferred• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera (PMS), and Aloha (POS), is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time Compensation: $17 hourly About Company: The Eden Resort & Suites offers a collection of unique and up-scale guest rooms and suites, unsurpassed on-site recreational facilitates, and exceptional staff ready to meet guests' needs.
