Responsibilities:• Serves and clears all food and beverages• Keeps assigned tables and work areas clean throughout the shift• Assist in setting up function according to BEO (Banquet Event Order)• Report any problems to management• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff• Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications:ESSENTIAL SKILLS:• High level of professionalism• Strong communication skills• Strong teamwork skills• Customer service oriented, ensures each guest has an excellent experience EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:• At least one (1) year of banquet serving experience, is preferred• POS Experience, is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:• Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Compensation: $15 hourly About Company: The Eden Resort & Suites offers a collection of unique and up-scale guest rooms and suites, unsurpassed on-site recreational facilitates, and exceptional staff ready to meet guests' needs.
