Key Responsibilities: - Set up and maintain all audio and video equipment for live broadcasts, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and control systems onboard the cruise ship - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support during broadcasts- Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth operation and execution of live broadcasts- Monitor and adjust audio and video levels to maintain quality and consistency during live broadcasts- Maintain and organize broadcast equipment inventory- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in broadcast technology- Assist in the development and implementation of new broadcast systems and processes- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at seaRequirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Broadcast Technician- Strong technical knowledge of audio and video equipment and systems- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing on-site support- Experience working in a live broadcast environment- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel for extended periods of time- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a maritime setting is a plus
