Description:
Responsibilities: - Maintain and repair all slot machines on board the cruise ship - Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections to ensure machines are functioning properly- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with slot machines- Perform upgrades and updates to slot machines as needed- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work- Train and assist other crew members on basic slot machine maintenance and troubleshooting- Monitor and report any suspicious activity related to slot machines- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and policies- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the casinoRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Slot Technician- Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical components of slot machines- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications
