Key Responsibilities: - Plan and host a variety of entertainment activities and events for guests of all ages onboard the cruise ship - Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to develop new and exciting entertainment options- Ensure all activities are executed according to company standards and guidelines- Engage with guests and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events and activities- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests at all times- Participate in rehearsals and training sessions to continually improve performance and skills- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in entertainment, performing arts, or event planning preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Passion for entertaining and engaging with people of all ages- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
