This person should be a self-starter, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and outgoing with the ability to build long term relationships with our customers, potential customers, and staff members. An ideal candidate will have a background in Product Training and/or Product Support.</p><p><strong>Duties Include but are not limited to</strong></p><p>· Lead All Technical Support Work</p><p>· Develop product sales training</p><p>· Train current staff and customers</p><p>· Assist in product technical support</p><p>· Product troubleshooting</p><p>· Develop service and technical support training</p><p>· Assist in developing competitive product support comparisons</p><p>· Assist in the development and enhancement of product manuals</p><p>· Assist in the management of any online support materials including online procurement portals</p><p>· Others to be assigned</p>
