Front Desk Class Host: Are you energized by talking with others? Are you positive and passionate? Are you a self- starter? Jabz Boxing is looking for class hosts that love health and fitness and are excited by our brand. Our class hosts are responsible for curating a welcoming environment for our clients, driving sales, and client retention.Roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to:Greeting everyone who enters the studios with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge about the studio and the workoutEnsuring the studio is client-ready, including cleaning in the common area, studio (e.g., equipment, mirrors), and bathroomsPresenting the Jabz Boxing concept to prospective clients, in-person or over the phoneSelling memberships and/or packages to new and current clientsFollowing-up on prospective clients with phone calls, texts, and emailsAddressing client needs with a positive and client- focused attitudeQualifications:Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environmentMust be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without directionMust have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalitiesMust have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skillsMust have a positive, can-do attitudeMust have friendly and professional phone and email etiquetteMust have excellent organizational skillsMust be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of timeMust be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30lbsMust be able to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessaryJob Type: Part-timeSalary: From $15.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 30 per weekCurrent shift needs:Weekday mornings: 5:00-9:00amWeekday evening shifts: 4:00-8:30pmSaturday mornings: 9:00am - 12:00pmAbility to commute/relocate:5030 E Ray Rd.
