The CSA (Tactical Uniform) uses a Company:issued Body Worn Camera to record specific events involving critical incidents for legal, safety, and training purposes. :Roles and Responsibilities of CSA (Tactical Uniform):stylelist:style:type:circle::Maintains a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store.:Wears the Company:issued CSA Tactical Uniform consisting of a tactical vest and black shirt. :The CSA provides their own black pants and black shoes. :Responds to customer inquiries.:Properly responds to Merchandise Protection Pedestal Activation. :Adheres to proper use of the Body Worn Camera as outlined in policy and procedure. Documents required incidents in case management. :Performs other duties as assigned Who We Are Looking For: You :Excellent communication skills and good judgment:Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations:Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks:Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs:0:2 years retail or security experienceThis position has a starting pay range of 14.00 to 16.75 per hour.Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
