With a mission to improve the health and well-being of our community, we are committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care.Formoreinformation, visit www.wakemed.org.EOEPosition Information:The Linen Attendant is responsible for maintaining an inventory of clean linen to meet the daily needs of the facility and ensure that it is delivered in a timely manner meeting infection control guidelines and assisting in the promotion of a quality experience for our patients and their families staff and for those individuals who use our facility on a daily basis. Responsible for prompt and accurate distribution of linen utilizing a computerized linen management system receiving clean linen deliveries from the laundry loading and unloading of scrub areas and other duties as assigned.Experience Requirements:1 Year Linen Distribution And/Or Inventory Management In Healthcare PreferredEducation Required:High School Diploma or Equivalent PreferredLicensure/Certification Requirements:Not ApplicableHours of Work:Monday - Friday, 5am - 1:30pmWeekend Requirements:As NeededCall Requirements:Yes
