Participates in a dyad leadership model, to ensure the delivery of high quality primary care services and operational optimization in alignment with the System mission and values and CMG Strategic Plan to achieve patient experience, provider and staff engagement, operational optimization, quality and financial performance goals. Key leadership competencies include aligning, planning, directing and delegating work, building effective teams and leading change. Masters degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or Nursing required. Consideration will be given to those enrolled in a Master's program. Five years of progressive operational leadership experience. Experience in ambulatory or primary care preferred. Experience in a pediatric healthcare setting highly desired. Experience in facilitating teams through improvement activities using change management principles. Excellent analytical and problem solving acumen to monitor and adjust operational processes to achieve desired outcomes. Project management and performance measurement skills to ensure desired outcomes. Excellent consultative, collaboration and communications skills necessary to partner with physicians, patient/families, employees and leadership.
