Job Summary: The role of the Senior Controller is to facilitate profitable financial decisions and drive financial improvement in the pre-production and production phases of our business. This includes managing a team of Controllers and owning responsibility for Business Planning, Product Costing, Product Pricing, and Customer Interface on financial issues for Commercial Business Units. Responsibilities: Manage a team of four direct reports (Revenue Analysts) to ensure accurate pricing and sales reporting integrity Lead BU teams in weekly reviews of commercial roadmap file to generate ideas Lead weekly reviews of past due receivables with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow Review and assist in month end sales pricing accruals Maintain tracking of commercial improvement ideas in commercial roadmap file Submit commercial forecasts weekly using Hyperion Perform variance analyses of current roadmap versus profit plan and prior forecasts Manage special assignments as directed by YF leadership Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Program Management; or related 10+ years of experience related to financial management or project management in a manufacturing environment 10+ years of experience within the automotive industry Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces. Proven ability to effectively lead a Team working across multiple functions Negotiation (information gathering, analysis, strategies, tactics) skills Financial understanding of product cost (labor, burden, material, SG&A, profit) Proficient in SAP or QAD or Metrix PDN-9bb93e52-531f-4105-a4eb-581f52131ce8
