Registered Dental Hygienist

Description:
We're hiring a dental hygienist who can help us provide incredible dental care to each of our patients! You'll conduct preliminary dental exams, help dentists with examinations and procedures, and perform thorough dental cleanings so patients walk out with a smile. This role is perfect for someone who loves to care for people and is highly attuned to detail. We offer 401K w/ match, dental, vision, medical, disability, competitive PTO policy, and more! There is an opportunity for a $2,500 sign-on bonus! Responsibilities: --- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments --- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care --- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records --- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy --- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care to patients --- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in dental hygiene techniques Qualifications: --- Valid state dental hygiene license and current CPR certification --- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program --- Proficiency in using dental practice management systems such as Dentrix or Open Dental --- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills About Company: Palmer Park Dentistry is a full-service dental practice dedicated to delivering outstanding care to the residents of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
