The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in managing client relationships.Duties:Provide legal counsel and assistance to clients in matters related to subchapter K (tax) and partnership agreements.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and trusts.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex tax and estate planning issues.Communicate effectively with clients, co-advisors, and other legal professionals.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement comprehensive client strategies.Managed client relationships and ensured high levels of client satisfaction.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to private client matters.Requirements:Minimum 4-6 years of experience in subchapter K (tax) and partnership agreements.Experience with trusts is preferred.Strong ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent writing, speaking, and analytical skills.Strong academic background in law.Admitted to the Illinois Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Illinois Bar.Skills:Proficiency in subchapter K (tax) and partnership agreements.Ability to conduct legal research and analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.Ability to adapt to changing legal landscapes and client needs.
