This person will drive customer satisfaction by leading a team of servers.The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.Responsibilities: Manage a team of servers - includes but not limited to scheduling, training, hiring and other HR related tasks. Maintain restaurant knowledge - Act as a menu expert to ensure information given to customers and servers is accurate and up-to-date. Communicate with other team members and departments - Team work makes the dream work!
