We are looking for a passionate Caribbean Coordinator to join our team. As a Caribbean Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable travel experiences for our clients, whether they are traveling for business or pleasure. You will work with a variety of destinations and vendors and use your creativity and expertise to craft personalized itineraries that suit the clients' preferences and budget. You will also provide excellent customer service and support throughout the booking and travel process.Responsibilities● Conduct research and analysis to design and execute customized travel plans for clients● Understand the clients' travel goals, preferences, and expectations, and tailor the trips accordingly● Stay updated on the latest travel trends, products, and regulations, and complete ongoing training and certification programs● Participate in webinars and meetings with vendors and suppliers, and build relationships with them to access exclusive deals and offers● Manage the clients' travel budgets and optimize the value of their trips● Create and distribute promotional materials to attract new clients and generate referrals● Monitor the travel situation and restrictions in different destinations, and advise the clients accordingly● Arrange all travel-related bookings and reservations (flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, events, etc.)● Communicate effectively with the clients before, during, and after their trips, and address any issues or concerns that may arise● Network with tour operators and other travel professionals to explore new possibilities and packages for the clients● Work part-time or full-time, depending on your availabilityRequirements● Must be at least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the US● Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a sales-oriented mindset● Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop preferred but not mandatory● Must have personal or professional travel experience, or a strong interest in travel● Must have previous experience in customer service or hospitality, or a relevant qualificationPowered by JazzHR
