The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:Job Overview:Position: Senior Project Finance Associate Attorney Or CounselLocation: New York City, NYExperience: 7+ yearsDuties:Handle complex project finance transactions in energy and/or infrastructure.Participate in negotiations and documentation of inter-creditor terms.Provide legal counsel on various financing solutions, including commercial bank facilities, bridge and term loan Bs, taxable and tax-exempt U.S. private placements, and 144A bonds.Manage construction financing, holdco financing, and refinancing processes.Work on financing transactions involving multiple creditors and capital providers.Requirements:6+ years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure-focused project finance work.Experience in complicated financing transactions involving multiple creditors.Membership to the New York State Bar.Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.Superior communication skills.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Membership to the New York State Bar.Skills:Strong negotiation and documentation skills.Proficiency in handling complex project finance transactions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Benefits:Full elective health benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.Robust mental well-being benefits.Child, family, elder, and pet care benefits.Short- and long-term disability benefits.Health savings account (with the applicable medical plan).Flexible spending accounts.Long-term care insurance.401K program.Flexible Time Off program.Generous Parental leave benefits.Paid holidays.
